Okay, I watched the DVD of the OVA the other day and then last night, I noticed it was subbed online so I watched that. However, the subbed one ends about 30 minutes earlier than the DVD version.

Is that the one aired on TV? If so, I'm thinking the DVD has about 30 extra minutes... ^^;;

When I watched the DVD, that part where they're all walking along the beach, determined to go to the battle, and then Nozomi thinks to herself that she won't let anyone else be sad--then Kurou and Masaomi's profiles appear over her head. It seemed like an 'end' to me, but to my surprise, it kept running. I said to myself 'wow, that was weird. I guess it was the end of the chapter or something, because usually that's how Koei ends their OVAs.' But there were 30 more minutes or so.

Then, I saw the subbed version and it ENDED at that part. Nothing more.

Is that the one everyone has seen? The short version? I didn't even realize there WERE more parts on the DVD (except the omake for each chara) until I saw this subbed version end abrupty there. If so, should I upload the last half hour? Or did the subber (Epic) just leave off the last half hour? (But the ending theme is there, so.....)

Yes, the DVD had the 30 minutes of the Dan-no-whatever I always forget battle. On TV they aired up to the part you said on the beach.

And thank you for the endings, I didn't have the time to watch them (and still don't) but it's very nice of you >w<

So... an extra part, non-aired on TV, eh? (so typical of KOEI *sighs*). I think EPIC, the fansub group, has worked with the TV version, and not the DVD version, who knows if they will do that part, too. I've been in its web, but it seems they are on a vacation just now 8) , so maybe the web won't be updated until next week *sigh*...

By the way, I've watched all the endings (good, good, good!), but I think my favourites are sensei's, Hakuryu's and, of course, Kurou's *giggles*. What's curious is, some of them are really short(1:30, 1:28) but others go until 2:30, you know. IN Haruka 1's alternative endings there wasn't such a noticeable difference, I think.
